FROM WEBSITE REQUEST TO PAID JOB

Turn website visitors into paid jobs.

Launch a contractor website, qualify each request, then quote, schedule, update, invoice, and get paid from one connected job record.

Flex is $0/month. Its 1.25% LGQ fee applies to the discount-adjusted service subtotal successfully collected through LGQ; Stripe costs are separate.

  • Requests come through the website built for your business
  • You set the fit rules and final price
  • One record follows the job through payment

STEP 01 OF 05

BUILD THE FRONT DOOR

Turn a website visit into a job worth reviewing.

Publish on the included LGQ subdomain or connect a domain you own. Trade-specific pages and Smart Intake collect the details before you call.

  • Generate the site from your business name, trade, and service area
  • Edit pages, services, FAQs, colors, photos, and service areas
  • Show a preliminary estimate range, when available, after collecting contact details

YOU STAY IN CONTROL

See what needs attention first. Keep every request.

Your intake rules shape the score and alerts. The Priority inbox surfaces new requests, overdue follow-ups, and quotes awaiting action; lower-fit requests stay on the board. You still review the scope and set the final price.

BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER THE JOB

Let routine follow-up happen on time.

Choose the reminders you want. Each one uses the quote, appointment, or customer record already in LGQ.

  1. 01

    Quote follow-up

Follow up automatically on an unapproved quote, then stop after the reminder limit you set.

  2. 02

    Appointment reminder + on-my-way

Remind the customer before the visit, then send an arrival update when the tech leaves.

  3. 03

    Review request

When work is complete, offer every customer the same two choices: post a public review or share private feedback.

  4. 04

    Rebook + recurring

Invite the customer back, or set weekly, every-other-week, or monthly visits from the same record.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What contractors want to know before getting started.

Lead ownership, estimates, crews, payments, imports, and fees—plainly explained.

Can I use a domain I already own?

Yes. Start on the included LGQ subdomain, then connect a domain you own whenever you are ready. Smart Intake is built into the LGQ website.

Where do the requests come from?

Each request comes through the website built for your business and stays in your account. Let’s Get Quoted is contractor business software—not a marketplace that buys, shares, or resells leads.

Is the preliminary estimate a price I have to honor?

No. When Smart Intake can produce one, it is a preliminary range based on the homeowner’s answers and your pricing setup. You review the scope and set the final quote; if no range is available, the homeowner can still submit the request.

What happens to lower-fit requests?

They stay visible on your lead board. A lower score changes the alert, not your access to the request, and nothing is discarded.

Does this work for a solo operator and a crew?

Yes. A solo operator can run the workflow personally. As the team grows, the same job record supports crew assignment, field access, hours, materials, and owner-only margin.

Does my customer need an account or app?

No. The homeowner receives a private job link and can also reply through ordinary SMS. There is no password or app to install.

Where does payment go?

Payments move through your connected Stripe account on Stripe’s payout schedule. LGQ does not hold your funds or see card numbers.

Are the 0%-interest plans financing?

No. They are installment plans with no interest, credit check, or upfront financing advance. You receive the deposit and each installment as it is charged.

What fees apply?

Flex starts at $0/month plus a 1.25% LGQ platform fee. Solo, Growth, and Scale add a base subscription and lower that fee to 0.50%, 0.25%, or 0.10%. The LGQ fee applies only to the discount-adjusted service subtotal successfully collected through LGQ. Taxes, tips, refunds, credits, and Stripe costs are excluded. Stripe processing and payment-infrastructure costs are separate.

Can I import existing customers and job history?

You can bulk-import an existing customer list. Historical jobs, quotes, messages, and payments require a separate migration review because support varies by record type and source.
