Does my crew get tracked all day?
Only while they are clocked in or on a shared “on my way” trip, and only while the app is open. During a shift the app checks location from time to time for your crew map. A shared trip is checked for that one trip, even before clock-in, so the homeowner link stays current. Backgrounding the app stops the watch outright, and nothing else is collected off the clock. The homeowner sees a position only through the link for one trip, which expires when the visit ends. You can turn location sharing off for any crew member.
How exact is the pin?
Around 100 meters, always. Customer-facing tracking applies 3-decimal-place street-level precision (~100m), so customers see neighborhood streets rather than an exact parking spot or home number.
How long does the link live?
Four hours fixed lifetime. Location streaming ceases the moment the visit status reaches arrived, done, or cancelled, leaving a clean visit card that stops auto-refreshing.
What if they never tap Arrived?
A 90-minute safety backstop stops location visibility automatically even if the technician gets busy and forgets to tap arrived.
Can a crew member be blocked from sharing location?
Yes, per person. The employer policy and the crew member permission must both allow location sharing before any coordinates are broadcast.
Does the customer need an app or an account?
No. It is a single secure, unindexed mobile web page that requires no login, no download, and no password.
Does it say my company or yours?
Yours. The customer tracking screen displays your company logo, your accent color, and your phone number.
Does it cost extra?
Included on every base plan. Flex starts at $0/month plus a 1.25% LGQ platform fee. Solo, Growth, and Scale add a base subscription and lower that fee to 0.50%, 0.25%, or 0.10%. Arrival and delay texts draw on your monthly plan SMS allowance like every other customer message, with zero per-tracking surcharge.
