Track subcontractor credentials and COIs

  1. Add trade partners and 1099 subcontractors in Crew → Subcontractors.
  2. Upload Certificate of Insurance (COI) PDFs and record policy expiration dates.
  3. Set automated alerts 30 days before policy expiration.

Assign sub trades to project milestones

Assign subcontractors to specialized job phases (e.g. electrical rough-in, roofing) with clear scope instructions and site access dates.
