Work in basements and dead zones with offline queueing
- When signal drops, the field app displays an offline status indicator.
- Technicians can continue clocking shifts, checking off punch list items, taking photos, and typing job notes.
- All updates are securely stored in the mobile browser’s encrypted offline storage queue.
The 12-hour sync window invariant
CRITICAL OFFLINE RULE: As soon as mobile signal or Wi-Fi is restored, open the app or visit /field/offline to sync queued updates. Any offline queue items older than 12 hours will be permanently rejected by the server to avoid overwriting newer changes.
