Troubleshooting
When the workflow doesn’t look right
Distributor catalog pricing shows outdated rates.
Click "Refresh Price Catalog" in Inventory settings to sync the latest branch pricing feed.
Truck stock counts do not match physical inventory.
Perform a quick vehicle audit from the Field App and submit a count adjustment.
