Set up a recurring schedule rule

  1. Open any client record and click "Add Recurring Job".
  2. Choose the frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual.
  3. Specify preferred crew assignment, standard checklist, and automated booking notice timing.

The scheduler automatically generates upcoming job instances in your queue according to your lead-time settings, ensuring recurring customers never fall through the cracks.

Troubleshooting

A recurring visit needs to be skipped or paused.

Open the recurring series in the client file and select "Skip Next Visit" or "Pause Series".
