At a glance

Use this guide when

You are opening the dashboard at the start of a shift or deciding which customer, job, or cash issue deserves attention first.

Best practice

Resolve customer-waiting and same-day operational risks before reviewing trend cards and longer-range recommendations.

Watch for

Totals can look healthy while one overdue response, blocked job, or failed payment still needs immediate action.

01

Work from the top down

  1. Review the Action Required queue: pending quotes, unread client messages, and new leads waiting for response.
  2. Check Today’s Schedule to confirm crew assignments and customer arrival windows.
  3. Examine the Revenue & Cash tracker to review deposits collected and overdue invoice reminders.
02

Use the recommendations, not just the totals

The dashboard highlights proactive recommendations—such as unquoted leads approaching 24 hours old or past-due invoices ready for automated follow-up.

Completion check

Confirm before moving on

Use these checks to make sure the dashboard and the real-world workflow agree.

  • Every urgent customer-waiting item has an owner or a next action.
  • Today’s schedule and readiness warnings have been reviewed.
  • Cash and performance signals have been read in the context of their date range.

Troubleshooting

When the workflow doesn’t look right

Metrics do not match expectations.

Verify date range filters and check whether test records were archived or excluded.
