At a glance

Use this guide when

New requests are arriving, response work is getting buried, or the active lead queue no longer reflects reality.

Best practice

Keep one primary view for the active queue and use snooze or archive rather than deleting valid past contacts.

Watch for

Deleting a lead is irreversible and permanently removes all stored inspection and intake photos.

01

Pick the view for your workflow

  • Inbox: Prioritizes active unresponded inquiries and shows customer history alongside the conversation.
  • Board: Visual Kanban pipeline grouped by New, Contacted, Quoted, Won, and Lost stages.
  • Table: Compact high-density list for bulk reviewing, filtering by source, or sorting by creation date.
02

Understand lead deletion cannot be undone

WARNING: Deleting a lead is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting a lead hard-deletes the lead record, message history, and all uploaded intake and inspection photos from cloud storage.

Completion check

Confirm before moving on

Use these checks to make sure the dashboard and the real-world workflow agree.

  • New leads have an assigned owner and an initial response.
  • Qualified work moves to quote or appointment stage without stalling.
  • Closed, snoozed, or duplicate leads are cleared from the primary view.

Troubleshooting

When the workflow doesn’t look right

A lead was accidentally deleted.

Lead deletion cannot be undone. If the customer texts again, a new lead will automatically be generated.
