Customize trade intake questions

  1. Select trade-specific intake fields (e.g. pipe material for plumbing, unit age for HVAC).

Embed on external websites or use standalone links

Copy the Smart Intake iframe code to embed on WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix sites, or share your direct intake link in local ads.

Troubleshooting

When the workflow doesn’t look right

Intake form submissions do not notify the owner.

Verify Owner Alert Phone is configured under Settings → Business.
