Configure Owner Alert Phone

  1. Go to Settings → Business and enter your personal mobile phone number in "Owner Alert Phone".
  2. Verify the number with the 6-digit confirmation code sent to your phone.
  3. Select the specific alert triggers you want forwarded via SMS.

Choose your alert trigger events

  • New Incoming Leads: Immediate alert when a homeowner submits a web intake form or texts your number.
  • Quote Approved & Deposit Paid: Instant notification when a client signs an estimate and pays a deposit.
  • Customer Message Replies: Receive direct notifications when an active client texts a question.
  • Emergency Service Requests: Priority routing for after-hours urgent repair inquiries.

  • Owner Alert Phone is saved and verified in Settings → Alerts.
