Choose dedicated number vs shared platform number

  • Dedicated Business Number: Provides an exclusive local phone number dedicated to your company for all inbound/outbound calls and texts.
  • Shared Platform Number: Provided on starting tiers with automated prefixing to identify your company to homeowners.

Complete 10DLC carrier brand registration

  1. Go to Settings → Business and verify your legal business name matches your official IRS EIN documentation exactly.
  2. Submit your physical business address and authorized contact representative.
  3. Carrier review typically completes within 2 to 24 hours.
