Soft deletion lifecycle and 30-day Trash grace period
When you delete a lead, quote draft, customer profile, or job, the item is soft-deleted and staged in /dashboard/trash for 30 days. Soft deletion prevents accidental loss from team misclicks while immediately removing items from active queues.
Restore records with intact historical relationships
- Open Trash from the sidebar or Settings.
- Filter by record type: Leads, Quotes, Jobs, or Clients.
- Click "Restore Record" on the desired item. The record instantly reappears in its original pipeline stage with all associated photo attachments, timecards, and message histories preserved.
Inspect tamper-evident Activity and Audit Logs
Open the Activity workspace to review chronological audit logs. Every creation, update, stage transition, payment collection, and deletion event records the initiating user email, timestamp, IP context, and change details for forensic compliance.
