Cancel Plan vs Delete Account: Understand the difference
- Cancel Plan (Resumable): Cancels subscription renewal at the end of the current billing period. All client records, jobs, invoices, and settings remain safely preserved. You can resume your subscription with one click at any time.
- Delete Account (IMMEDIATE & UNRECOVERABLE): WARNING: Account deletion cannot be undone. It immediately terminates your account, cancels billing without refund, and permanently hard-deletes all client records, jobs, quotes, timecards, and uploaded photos. This action is completely unrecoverable.
Recommended pre-deletion checklist
- Export all client, invoice, job, and timecard CSV data from Settings → Integrations & Export.
- Ensure all outstanding customer invoice payments have settled and transferred to your bank.
- Save any customer warranty records or completed job photos required for tax or legal compliance.
