Analyze job profitability and gross margin

  1. Open Reports → Profitability to view gross profit (Billed Revenue minus Direct Labor and Materials).
  2. Filter by trade category to compare plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or general contracting margins.
  3. Inspect individual job scorecards to identify jobs that ran over labor hour budgets.

Export financial reports

Export detailed CSV summaries of revenue, taxes collected, and labor allocations for your CPA or bookkeeping software.
