30-Day Soft Deletion Grace Period
When a team member accidentally deletes a lead, draft quote, client profile, or job, the record is safely moved to the Trash workspace rather than being permanently destroyed.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Trash in the sidebar.
- Filter by record type (Leads, Quotes, Jobs, or Clients) or search by customer name.
- Click Restore Record to instantly return the item to its original pipeline stage with all historical photos, notes, and timecards intact.
Permanent Deletion Schedule:
Records remain recoverable in Trash for 30 days. After 30 days, soft-deleted records are permanently purged according to compliance retention rules.
